What you’ll be doing

As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk analyses on operational processes to identify vulnerabilities and areas of non-compliance. You will develop, implement, and maintain control frameworks to mitigate these risks and ensure regular monitoring and adjustment of controls.

You will work closely with various departments to integrate risk awareness into all operational activities. By staying up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulations, you will apply this knowledge to risk management strategies.

This is you

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in risk management within the financial sector or another highly regulated sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly presenting risk analyses and recommendations to various audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • A gross salary of at least €3,629.53 per month based on a 40-hour workweek (including holiday pay and a 13th-month bonus).
