The Management Support Office function coordinates the planning & control cycle for T&O, provides the T&O management with (non) financial metrics and insights, and ensures continuous process improvements compliant with corporate and/or market standards/legislation.
Manage and advice management on budget, forecast and accruals for T&O Europe
Monitor and analyze the actual expenses for T&O Europe on a project and departmental level
Ensure allocation of costs to business units outside T&O Europe
Act a Single Point of Contact for financials T&O Europe
Set up, produce and maintain management (non) financial reporting for T&O Europe
Provide support and guidance to all T&O Europe units re (non) financial glossary
Profiel Business Controller
Relevant Bachelor or master degree (e.g. finance, control, accountancy)
At least 5 years relevant controllers experience in comparable positions preferably in international setting
Highly developed analytical skills
Strong communication skills (also English)
